This calculator tells you if you are overweight or underweight.
Women: If your Body Mass
Index is 27.3 or higher, you are defined as overweight.
Men: If your Body Mass Index is 27.8 or higher, you are defined as
overweight.
Remember though - this doesn't take into account the size of your frame, so take the results with a pinch of salt.
The BMI calculator only takes into account gender, height and weight. It makes no allowance for other factors such as your physique.
